ENGRAVING
Filigree engraving techniques such as guilloche are one of the signature features of ST Dupont.
High-precision machining technologies, micromechanics and fine diamond cutters are used to give the finished product an extra shine, carving and chamfering - all these operations can be compared to cutting precious stones.

APPLYING VARNISH
This technology, revived by ST Dupont masters, allows for the creation of exquisite products that are highly durable and long-lasting. ST Dupont varnishers typically apply up to 10 layers of varnish to one item by hand.
